you can start the timer then warp to theta then warp to hfttovaag and fly to a checkpoint.

You shouldn't be able to finish but I'm unsure.
Setting the cps are completely fine, finishing the map is not
Edit: There is no problem, your time gets disqualified if you warp to get creative and to start the time you need to press the start sign, which sets you in survival

Yeah, you could to that to any map in Theta with a cp, but thankfully safeguards are in place to prevent such obvious cheating
