/c on [map name or code] would say all the players on a specific map.

Realised I have never replied here;
This would be possible, but only for online players, given that looking up the current map of all players is a rather costly operation.
In that case, would it still have the desired effect if we can list only the online players? I personally see little value in such a feature, but if someone can change my mind, be my guest.
