Resolved - Making a form after HC?

So I just completed Hardcore (Date right now is 11/1/15) and it says I need to apply on the forums. I'm not sure where to apply it so please help...? Thanks!

EDIT: It says I'm a Whitey but I'm actually blue that finished HC. Thanks

You don't get green status on the forums untill you actually get green.
