Resolved - Reporting

I used the Report thing on the ban appeals just a second ago; But piece came on and already banned him. This might lead to confusing having different ways. Is there maybe a thing in which you can see what you have send to the Reporting box, And a way to tell its taken care of already? If not that might be an idea. Also; If multiple greens see this; they can all send a reporting file. Doesn't this get messy for the admins to read and contain?

Not really, automated posts appear in the private mod forum so whoever banned could always post there. Which is what actually happened.
