Rather an interesting message for a (first?) single, but still. My view towards homosexuality, religion and pretty much anything is the same - allow people to do whatever they want as long as it doesn't involve people getting hurt. I dislike the church for simple reasons - they're too convinced of their own views of the world and are not open to anything but that, which is exactly where extremists come from (plus the fact that orthodox churches make more money than any other institution which I consider ridiculous).Wow i was just about to post this exact same song. Nice zath
Still would like to say about this song, notice its brilliance. Its a beautiful song, but for those who actually listen carefully to it, you can make out how the church, and some people with the church, "hate" on homosexuals. This song perfectly displaces the extremists. I'm sure we would all agree that this cannot be done, yet its happening. So its basically a protest song for homosexual rights, and that there is nothing wrong with that.
I'm not saying all churches hate on homosexuals, not a lot of people do. but there still are extremists out there, and its a shame they force people in being something they are not.
I would like to point out that not all churches are like that. The church I belong to is actually fine with homosexuals. My mother, a priest, has even done weddings for them.Rather an interesting message for a (first?) single, but still. Apologies, my point was generally directed towards those within my own country, I've not been to a foreign church so I can't really say anything about those.I would like to point out that not all churches are like that.
