When the plane goes crazy from explosions, and you go into the child's playroom, after you leave the child's playroom "dream" the script slays you middrop.

Edit: Just realized that was sort of vague. What I mean by after the playroom is when you drop into the water with the crashed airplane, which is where it kills you while you are dropping.

Edit2: Eh, it appears it only kills you when you stand still. If you move, it still damages you, though doesn't kill you.

Supposedly you don't take damage anymore but are still teleported a few times.
May or may not be (suddenly) fixed in a future NCP update.
