Found this, an autidion for America's got talent 2014, magican: mat franco.

I've looked over it a lot now, i still cannot figure out how it has been done..

He, ehh, placed the cards in a certain order, so that they ehh, got in a certain position after 'shuffling', and then ehh, he just did what's logical. Throw up where you're telling about. Probably a lot of practising and stuff.. Maybe.

you can clearly see him shuffeling the cards afterwards, you cannot possibly take off the exact amount of cards each time that fast...
