On the map named Planets which is made by Pinoy, you can get out by failing the second quadjump of The Sun. The momentum makes it so that you pass the lava and land on water.

If you are in "The Wheel", there is a random black box with a molten lava ball protuding out of it. I belive that is the sun from Planets, as the sun isn't entirely in the map. I also think there is a lake somewhere underneath it, just remove the lake???

It would be best for you to show him. Knowingly using a bug in a map (unintended shortcuts are bugs) can get you into a lot of trouble.
