New Board Design (/warp board)

Recently Zath and skyerzz have been working on a new design for the board where greenies can submit maps. As you know, the old one is very boring and simple. This one is much more aesthetically pleasing and just a cool place to be.

The review system still works the same, see Aj's article on board submissions if you aren't familiar with it. Along with that, there is an archive area for maps that leave the board, and some tips for making a better review.

I've added a new house with basic info/a FAQ about the board. If someone could script the signs on the sides to link to Aj's article about the board, that'd be great.
