Minr with Shaders

Hey everyone, I recently installed some Shaders, which make Minecraft look spectacular, and after learning that I can use them on Minr, I took the chance to get some screenshots of Minr landmarks with Shaders. Enjoy!

How do you download shaders? I can never seem to figure it out

This is something I've wanted to ask for a while:
Are shaders allowed considering it says optifine is the only mod allowed?

Also, could you try using http://www.resource-packs.com/conquest-resource-pack/ as a texture pack for some screenshots and see how it looks?

Shaders are allowed. It is very difficult to word the rules pertaining to mods in a way that fits on a sign and is clear.

Best way to not get stressed in STS - play with a candy texture pack (sugarpack). A candy maze that you can eat! Wooo!

Wow, looks incredible. As for recommendations for areas, what about a shot of the ffa ship from on top of the band sign? also, I think a couple of photos of X would also look amazing. Also the museum, and sofa's mansion would look incredible

how did you install shaders + optifine? with me it always bugs out with optifine-forge

EDIT: nvm got it it only drops my FPS to 12 using default texturepack (trying with sphax now, might improve it.)

If you go to the Minecraft Forge download page, you can get an installer which creates a "Forge" profile in the launcher. From there, download the Shaders (Core) Mod, and create a folder called "shaderpacks" in the .minecraft directory. Now you can download shader packs and put them in that folder! \o/ I'll check out some of your recommendations.

@Zatharel Whenever I try to download the texture pack you recommended, it leads me to a download page that just has an error.

STS is rather disappointing :/

I'd request Sra, but that would risk violating the rules about HC courses and greens...unless an op were to keep an eye on you while you got a good shot

Sorry I haven't been able to get back to you guys, I've been away for a skiing trip for the past two days!
Sren, I would love to get some shots of Sra, it was my favorite hardcore level! I don't really know where it is though, but I'm sure an op could point me in the right direction. Don't worry, I won't enter Sra at all, just take some outside shots.

Hmmm....I like how the lava glows in Sra, but these pictures made me realize just how much of a makeover it needs, lol

Maybe I'll be able to do some aesthetic things that will allow me to remove the glass

Sra really does need to be added to Mimic, by visiting it to take the pics I realized how much I missed it.... xD I don't know what VC is, but I'll add some pics of it
