At ~2:30 mins in the video rules for the Warped Wall were discussed, I'll clear up the confusion...
The "3 try" rule is only in place for qualifiers or in any run where the time runs up and not down. In the case where the time runs down from a set time limit, there will be unlimited tries on the Warped Wall until the time runs out.
