I'd go with a theme highlighting the more impressive builds of the server along with some community events. Although it is a parkour server, I think that the people we'd be trying to attract with this video are the same people who wouldn't fully appreciate the cooler/technical aspects of parkour maps, so I might leave out some of the cooler maps that don't look as nice.

EDIT: Also, be sure to use an epic texture pack. : p

Could also use different texturepacks for different maps/buildings.
For example: While VC and Eaggcity would look nice in Modern HD or any other modern texturepack, things like Troll Kingdom would look far better in a realistic type of packs.

Comment regarding texture packs: since servers can now set your resource pack (with your permission), using "an epic texture pack" could easily result in some disappointment unless a corner comment tells the viewers which pack was used for the shot.

Going to go ahead and change my suggestion. The other piece of music was nice, but I could more easily see this in a promotional video.
