1.13 is coming, and do you know what that means?

Riptide on tridents. This allows for a whole new genre of parkour, but unfortunately for minr, the suns are always shining.

If you could at some point make a region flag for weather that'd be neat.

I’m assuming you’d want the region to always rain then?
Might be doable with worldguard, unsure though, will have to experiment...

You can use flags time-lock and weather-lock to control the specific time/weather in a region.
