Granted! I'll walk you through the scenarios:

It's the Never Ending Story. We're still writing it.

Suppose that we keep adding to the story. It will either:
A. Never be finished, as it would take an infinite time to make an infinite number of posts;
B. Find a way to exponentially condense time it takes to post so that it may be finished in finite time.

You wanted a novel. Thus it must finish, and we'll continue with B.

Suppose that the publisher had to print copies. They will either:
A. Never finish printing, as they have an infinite number of pages with readable text;
B. Finish printing in condensed time, and have an infinite number of pages to be bound with readable text;
C. Finish printing in condensed / normal time, and have a finite number of pages to be bound with partially readable text.

You wanted a published novel. Thus it must be bound, and we'll continue with C.

Suppose you buy the book and want to read it. You will either:
A. Have trouble reading infinitely small text;
B. Read comfortably for a possibly large number of pages before the text exponentially shrinks right before the book ends.

I can only assume you wanted something readable. Thus we'll continue with B.

The amount you can read amounts to about how much stuff we currently have in the thread, and so you feel regret buying a $100 book of which you've already read. What a bummer.

Since nobody seemed to get it, I wish for the ability to go back in time so I could be less of a n00b in the first two Minr Mafia rounds. (I got better after that)
