It is now possible to get creative in zero. If you go to theta then warp to somewhere in zero, you don't get put back in survival.

Was my bad, accidentally turned the manage gamemodes flag in a plugin off...
Removed the (inconsistent) game-mode flag on the world region and readded that flag instead.
