Resolved - I can delete people's ratings?

Stumbled upon a major bug while looking at the SMITE thread. I clicked 'List' on HC's post, I saw that there is an X next to each name. I wanted to see if it works, so I clicked on blie's rating. After that, blie's rating was gone.
In each and every thread, I can delete ratings.
When I click "List" this shows up http://prntscr.com/459fkr
If I click the little red X on the left, the rating will be deleted. Any idea what is causing this?

Alright, so I asked Red to see if it works for him too - it doesn't.

I went into a random post, to see if it works, and I'm able to do it too

Edit: I was only able to do it in one post, I checked on another post, to try it again, and I couldn't. Probably just a bug that occurs occasionally

Strange, then how come Red couldn't? Could be something with the Greenie permissions?

Nevermind, Red can do it too. He just didn't notice the X.

I'm only allowed to do it on that one smite post, so probably just a bug

For me it's working on few other threads, except one of the recent ban appeals.

@Chillers it seems that there is a permission on the forum switched on the user groups.

I can do this in most threads, namely all in "Games", the Smite thread, and the Dubstep thread.

The free games thread didn't work.

Already been answered. And uhh... so long as this thread is present, I'm sure Chills is looking at the posts. No need to keep tagging him.

I don't even have the ability set up to remove them, what is the point in removing post ratings in the first place unless the thread creator is bias.
