Lost HC progress (old player returning)

I was on Level 6 or 8 before, I don't recall. I was stuck on the temple pyramid thing inside, and went back to pick a new path after you guys removed the infinite health in room, and fall damage returned. And then I picked the path where I'm like climbing a castle? Story is like you are a rogue or thief or something, and a ladder part that says spiderpig? CanI please have my progress back? I wouldn't mind starting over, but I'm not doing the aids riddle dojo thing. Because the first time took me 40 attempts to get the riddle part right. -_- PLEASE MERCY.

I don't think we do HC transfers after a certain period of time passes since a switch, so don't get your hopes up.

However, I don't really know much about this stuff so it's best left to someone who does

After the period to reclaim your cp ends you have to restart. It ended like a year ago I think, sorry.

We usually give a window of time for active players to reclaim their spots in the changed system. However, the map you describe (The Big Egyptian) Has not been in HC for a couple of rotations. The most recent window for transfers ended over a year ago.

In order to avoid staff playing favoritism we only allow transfers shortly after the system changes. Sorry =[

Well that sucks. I think this should be looked at in the future so people don't lose progress. I understand it's so you don't get a bunch of threads on it, but you could just get to them over time for the people who made it. I wouldn't care if it took a month to get looked at as long as it eventually did ya know? And I was stuck on the Egypt thing and after they removed the infinite health there I went back and chose another path. But thx.

Moving cps involves having to check logs aswell as various clarifications, it can be quite time consuming. Is been approx 1 year since the cutoff date.
