I'm sorry, as per our EULA, you are not entitled to any refund. Lootboxes have no guarantee of value upon purchase. Read the EULA.
If you'd like, we could reimburse you in the form of Minr Bucks. These can be used to buy more lootboxes, as well as cosmetics, map skips, extra blocks to build with, higher ranks and ownership of maps.
*Minr Bucks have no value outside of Minr and are, in fact, made up. They may be revoked at any time, and entitle you to nothing.

I bought a lootbox, nothing bad happened, and I skipped all the way to HC10! Try to buy it again, it should work.

I'd like to refund you, but alas, the funds have already been spent on refilling the shelves of the private bar on the Minr Yacht.
If you keep buying lootboxes you just might find the super ultra rare dynamo tier ticket for a 2 night cruise*
