Whenever I try to sprint it my FOV goes back and forth so I am kinda going between sprinting and walking and it is really annoying when I am trying to do parkour. Anyone know how I could fix this?

Try to learn using the sprint button - it attempts every game-update to resprint. The sprint walking thing also often occurs when close to walls etc. so try to stay away a bit from the walls.

I'm assuming you are double tapping W to sprint. This is bad if you are doing parkour. I have sprint bound to my R key. R is right next to your WASD keys and it's really useful and makes parkour alot easier. Try it, might help you
