That's a problem.

I hear that you're meant to have a choice of 2/4 doors and then the other 2/4 doors open.

It's meant to be any that are not currently occupied are open. In practice, it's been near impossible to find a solution that doesn't break when the chunk is unloaded.

One of the paths is parkour, one is a maze, one is a search, and one is a long path that takes you through the nether. How would having 2 people in any of those be a problem?

The idea on separating people in the riddle rooms was to prevent leeching, which was a constant annoyance for me back in Runescape. I started with one room, but realized it could create a bottleneck in progression. I settled on four rooms because I felt that there would never be enough simultaneous traffic in the map to justify more than that. Additionally, this part was built before I added forced path changes to get people exploring more of the map.

Srent this is NOT the riddle room, this is the room after the cave maze at the top of the tower with 4 doors, one in each direction.

Aye I do think that rotating the paths and forcing the player to go certai ways as opposed to others is good for variety and replayability, and I think that’s what ought to be done with the tower after the cave maze—to simply rotate the open door

meh, misread the post. The four paths is only meant to be one open at any time.
