Event - The Purple Coin Event returns!

Last year setting up the teams wasn't the issue. I was still setting up half of the purple coins while players were gathering. The 20 mins probably were to give me some bonus time.

If rman sets this up using teamchat, players should be able to chat to their team with /t.
Adding players to the teams shouldn't take more than a frw minutes.

After a daring 3 hours of Coin collecting, the Aurora and Crimson teams ended up with 57 Coins and had a Draw.
