Need Help - Unusual Lag?

So, today i'm having a lot of trouble with lag.
And i know that it is not client based because this is the only server that I am having troubles with. Basically, I will say something, it will be sent into chat, but it does not show up until 5 to 8 minutes later. This is the same with opening chests, they will not open for a very long time. This is what happens after about 30 minutes of this (Please don't take not to my language i was VERY confused and a bit histarical)

I also noticed that when it is day time for me, it is night time for the server.
After i recorded this I got timed out.

When I first get on the server i am fine, but quickly become overtaken by whatever this is.
Please help, im very confused ;-;.

That's what i thought too. However, minr is the only server that the problem is on. I would say it was bad connection, but then why do other servers work fine? Any solutions @Chillers ?

My ping has also died recently, and so did Razihel's. I don't think this is client side.
(Mine isn't as bad as zombie's though. I only have a 209ms connection)

I'd also like to add that a lot of people (including myself) have been having trouble with NCP lately. It's extremely sensitive on ladders and iron bars to the point where it gets impossible to do a map quickly and efficiently because you'll be lagged back. Already told @rickyboy320 about this but I guess it would be good to have it in the open.
